Checking in took far longer than anticipated, dragging out the start of the trip. Once in the room, a persistent leak from the ceiling was troublesome, requiring us to use trash cans for water collection. The pool closing at 7 PM cut short our time to relax, especially after excursions that left us no opportunity to unwind there. Dining at the buffet also raised concerns about hygiene, with cooks visibly unwell and continuing to prepare food. Overall cleanliness was also an issue, evidenced by an unwelcome surprise—a crab scuttling around in the shower. Finally, the weak drinks and lack of food options at the pool bar capped off a less than ideal experience.

This place suits me perfectly with its beach access, outdoor swimming pool, and excellent service. On my first stay, the staff helped me with the best local taxi tip. I'll definitely come back for a holiday!

The dining area can feel cramped due to the lack of air conditioning.

We loved the access to the swanky beach bar and the vibrant entertainment options were a hit. Plus, traveling with our two dogs was stress-free with their pet-friendly policies!
